Technical Support

Technical support is unlimited and free for the first year after purchase. Following this, support and updates can be purchased on a yearly plan.

Major updates are released every 6 to 12 months and are mailed to every user currently on support. To purchase support online, click here. Standard support provides assistance with nearly all major and minor problems that you may encounter on a day to day basis.   Our knowledge base contains answers to many of the common day to day questions and problems.

About Us.

We first began ClaKen Software in the summer of 1994 with the intention of producing a chiropractic notes system that would ease the burden of ever-increasing insurance documentation requirements. We also wanted both its upfront and maintenance costs to be affordable.

At the time of this web site's last update our 14th release (version 8.0) is nearing completion and we have just under 1400 users with systems installed on approximately 3000 computers.
