Technical support is unlimited and free for the first year after purchase. Following this,
support can be purchased on a yearly plan (which includes free updates) for $399.00
per year. Major updates are released every 6 to 12 months and are mailed to every

provides assistance with nearly all major and minor problems that you may encounter
on a day to day basis. Our knowledge base contains
answers to many of the common day to day questions and problems.

New user 'walk throughs' of the program, given by a practicing chiropractor, are
available prior to purchase and free
of charge over the phone. To schedule
a tour, simply call technical support and arrange a convenient time. Generally,
tours last from 30 to 45 minutes.

Assumptions:
ClaKen Software requires that, before contacting support, the customer
have a functioning local area network if DC-PowerNotes is to be run in a multi-user
environment. Access to a local high-speed internet connection is preferred.
Training:
After the initial walk-through, training is available for an hourly fee (call 660-263-4979
for details) and will be conducted via telephone, on-line or both depending on the
needs and configuration of the customer's site. |
