ClaKen Software requires that, before contacting support, the customer have a functioning local area network if DC-PowerNotes is to be run in a multi-user environment. Access to a local high-speed internet connection is preferred.
After the initial walk-through, training is available for an hourly fee (call 660-263-4979 for details) and will be conducted via telephone, on-line or both depending on the needs and configuration of the customer's site.
