Technical support is unlimited and free for the first year after purchase. Following this, support can be purchased on a yearly basis (which includes free updates) for $399.00 per year. Major updates are released every 6 to 12 months and are mailed to every user currently on support. Standard support provides assistance with nearly all major and minor problems that you may encounter on a day to day basis.
